Planning and Reports
MCPL’s annual report is a comprehensive report on the Library’s activities throughout the preceding year. Annual reports are intended to give community members other interested people information about our activities and financial performance.
Annual budgets are prepared for all Library funds. The Board of Trustees of the Library (the Board) reviews and approves the budget prior to the beginning of each year and establishes the appropriations for each fund.
Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR)
The report is published to provide the Library Board of Trustees and the public detailed information concerning the financial condition of the Library.
Facilities Assessment + Capital Plan
The Facilities Assessment + Capital Plan was commissioned by Mid-Continent Public Library to develop a ten-year master plan and road map to address branch facility enhancements and anticipated growth in the district. This plan will serve as a guideline to improve library access and experiences for the communities it serves.
